On Sunday 4th September, we are going on an excursion to Seelisberg, visiting the Maria Sonnenberg chapel, Castle, and the klein Seeli lake.
- 9:12: Boat from Luzern to Treib, followed by Funicular to Seelisberg station (Seelisberg Bahnhof).
- Alternative: take the 10:27 train from Luzern to Stans, followed by bus to Seelisberg Dorf (arriving 11:35 – wait here for the group to arrive).
- Car parking is available in Seelisberg, either at Seelisberg station (limited), or at Steckenmattstrasse.
- 11:30 start of walk from Seelisberg station (approx 2 hours, excluding breaks).
- 14:57 or 15:57: return to Luzern by boat.
Please bring drinks and something for your lunch. All are free to join and bring friends.
